This event page is the registration form for the Regional Spring Indies Showcase of which game makers (solo, team, or LLC/Business) and related game sponsors and vendors can use to sign up for a space at our annual showcase of electronic, card, board, narrative, augmented reality, and experimental games made in the region.

The showcase is located on the WVU Evansdale Campus. This is our fourth year. Our small, independent studio and solo participants have hailed from all around West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland. We also welcome medium to larger regional businesses as event sponsors. This year, we are reaching out to more university clubs and programs within a 3 hour radius to participate as well. We'd like to make this an intercollegiate indie games event!

Details:

• It is free to set up and it is free to attend. We only ask for a game-related raffle prize donation to participate.

• The location of the event is the Evansdale Crossing Building on the 4th floor Media Innovation Center, located on the West Virginia University Campus

• We are able to accommodate up to 25 booths/tables comfortably. 

• We can provide electrical hookups for screens/laptops/etc for up to 18. 

• With the exception of the hosts/sponsors, each space will be first come first serve. If you need alternative space, such as for a VR set up, then please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate this type of work. 

• We will be able to provide a map of the space to all attendees and studios closer to the day of the event. 

Schedule:

• Set up this year is permitted to start at 11:30 am. Light snacks and water will be provided to studios/vendors.

• The showcase will be open to the public from 1:00 to 5:00 PM

• Raffle winners will be announced at 4:30 pm

• Tear down can start at 5:00 PM; but feel free to leave things up until after our dinner/mixer

• A developer only VIP post-show networking dinner/mixer will be held again this year in the same location (Media Innovation Center) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  This time can be used conversation, as well as for trading with other studios/vendors. Registrants receive wristbands when they check in.
