3rd Annual Regional Spring Indie Games Showcase Wrap Up

Thank you to all of our vendors and guests who made it to our Indie Games Spring Showcase last weekend. Thank you to our sponsors for funding our event and helping us in our mission to support independent game developers and build a stronger community! 


For numbers:

  • There were 11 studios and community dev programs

  • Within those studios and programs there were 15 regional developers and 23 student developers in attendance.

  • We had 80 guests come through and try out games!


Here are a few highlights from the event: 


The Media Innovation Center's new computer lab was turned into an arcade for both MonRiverGames projects and WVU Game Design Student projects! Many of which are able to be wishlisted on Steam.

The raffle was also a large draw for many this year there were many different, fun prizes for gamers and artists alike.
